Widerrufsrecht Als EU-Verbraucher haben Sie das Recht, binnen 14 Tagen nach Erhalt der Ware ohne Angabe von Gründen vom Vertrag zurückzutreten.
Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts Teilen Sie uns Ihren Widerruf per E-Mail unter Angabe Ihrer Bestellnummer mit. Nach der Mitteilung haben Sie 14 Tage Zeit, die Ware zurückzusenden.
Erstattung Nach Eingang und Prüfung der Rücksendung erstatten wir den Kaufpreis einschließlich der ursprünglichen Versandkosten innerhalb von 14 Tagen. Die Erstattung erfolgt über dieselbe Zahlungsmethode wie der ursprüngliche Kauf.
Rücksendekosten Die Kosten der Rücksendung trägt der Käufer, es sei denn, die Ware ist fehlerhaft oder es wurde ein falsches Produkt geliefert.
Ausnahmen Das Widerrufsrecht gilt nicht für digitale Inhalte, deren Download bereits begonnen hat, sowie für personalisierte Produkte.

Right of Withdrawal As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
How to Exercise Your Right Notify us by email with your order number. After notification, you have 14 days to return the product.
Refund Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the purchase price including the original shipping cost within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.
Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once downloading has begun, or to personalised products.
